Here is a step by step procedure if you want to download images from twitter in firefox browser.
- Click on the tweet with image/s so that tweet open up.
- Now right click on tweet ( not image ) and chose the option "View Page Info"
- "Page Info" window opens.
- Now select media and browse through the image/media you want to save on your computer and click "Save As" button.
Hope this short trick helps you without using any third party software help.
