Looking for a social media buttons on your wordpress blog ? Do checkout AddToAny plugin. It is nice, simple and easy to use. There are lot of similar free plugins available but they might not give you an accurate count of your tweets or pins. The first thing you would notice that there is no option to hide sharing buttons in the admin area. If you are a lover of a clean homepage, you might reject this plugin without exploring.
But if you read through the FAQs section, you will notice that the author does mention on how to hide the sharing button on any page or post. Just open the post/page ( in this case homepage page ) in edit mode. Scroll down the page and you will find a checkbox "show sharing buttons". Just uncheck the option and the sharing buttons will not appear on your homepage ( page or post ).
Hope this helps and you will not end up rejecting this wonderful plugin just because you might assume this simple feature is missing in admin area.
Bonus Tip : In my opinion, this plugin misses a standard button, "facebook share" count. Please note that it is different from "facebook like" count. It is missing in ver. 1.2.8.4 and may be added in future updates. Although it may not be a deal breaker for most of the us but surely there may be a few who would want this as a "must have".
